06-002 (The metadata data stream in the catalog dictionary does not contain a PDF/UA marking.)
explanation
The PDF/UA entry is not set for the document. However, this entry is necessary in order to deliberately declare a document as accessible according to DIN ISO 14289-1 (PDF/UA standard) (after making it accessible).

Option 1: Document Properties
1. Open menu >
Click “Document Properties…”
2. Open the “Advanced” tab >
Select “PDF/UA…” (in the “PDF/UA Compliance” dropdown) >
click "OK"
Option 2: Preflight tool
1. Search for the tool “Preflight” in the search bar and open it
2. Select “PDF Standards” (in the upper library dropdown) >
Activate “Select individual corrections” (wrench symbol) >
Select “Set PDF/UA-1 entry” >
Click “Correct”
As soon as you save the document and check it again with the PDF Accessibility Checker, the error message No PDF/UA marking disappeared.
When saving, make sure to give the document a new name (e.g. Document Title_Rev2) and not oversave the previous version of the document. This way, you can go back to the previous version of the document if something goes wrong.
