As already mentioned in other articles, the PAC 2024 Checker only checks the machine-verifiable conditions of the Matterhorn Protocol and a large part of the WCAG criteria. The PAC 2024 cannot check the remaining conditions because they require manual human review and assessment. In particular, the statement about the correct use of tags and the correct structure cannot currently be checked by machines. Therefore, the review of such criteria is the responsibility of the creator of the document or the person who commissioned it.
